If you are new to our district for the 2011-2012 school year (Grades 2-12) please contact our office via phone (357-2443) or email (franklin@rfisd.net) regarding referral paperwork and the assessment process. All referral paperwork must be submitted to our office by Friday, September 16, 2011.

All currently enrolled RFISD students (Grades K-1) who wish to submit a referral for gifted services testing must submit all referral paperwork by Friday, December 2, 2011.
