You may be:
1) Blocked by mistake. Follow step 1 in the downloaded document to submit the site for review.

2) No longer recognized by the network. Follow the directions beginning with Step 2 to re-authenticate your computer. Look for the green arrow in the downloaded document.

3. Attempting to access a site which has been blocked for content. Try to locate a different site on the same subject.

Do not try to use Outlook or Outlook Express.
Follow the steps below instead.

1 Go to district web page.
2. Locate "Staff Use Items" drop down menu on right side.
3. Select "Staff Use Web Email"
4. Enter "User Name" as "rfisd\lastname". "Lastname" is actually your network id which is your lastname for most of you.
5. Enter your network password.
6. The web access email page for Outlook will appear.
