To map the computer so it connects to a network folder, showing the folder as a drive on your computer, follow these instructions:

Right click on the My Computer icon on your desktop and a drop-down menu will appear. Select Map Network Drive.

The following screen will appear.

Specify the drive letter for the connection and select the path to the folder that you want to connect to.

This same mapping procedure will be followed anytime you wish to map to a remote drive within our network.

Such things as rubrics and directions for performance tasks that you need to attach to documents in SandS are placed in a folder on a server named RFISD11.

You will place your items in a folder inside several other folders. You have a drive that is (automatically by script) mapped when you log onto the district network.

It is called your S: drive in most cases.

Documents are retrieved through a browsing system.

Begin by saving your document to the proper place on RFISD11.
