When you experience problems with your computer or peripheral technology equipment, contact Theresa Murray at the HelpDesk. Theresa schedules the repair orders with the rest of the staff.

Do not contact the staff directly as every request for service must go through the HelpDesk Manager.

Technology staff are not allowed to request help for teachers – the request must be made by the teacher to the HelpDesk Manager.

If you need training on a particular software program, call the HelpDesk and Theresa will coordinate an appointment.

The Technology Department presents 30 to 45 minute seminars occasionally covering information that the teachers or administration have requested.

New software training is also held during these seminars.

You are strongly encouraged to attend these training seminars. The dates will be entered onto the calendar on the web site, and you will be reminded by email when the seminar date approaches. Some are scheduled on Saturdays. Some are after school. Those relative to curriculum, performance tasks, or the scope and sequence project are sometimes scheduled during teaming time.

Student Photos may be posted on the web only if the parent or guardian of the student has signed the press release form which includes our web page.

Photographs containing students may only be posted if parents of all students in the photograph have signed the press release which includes the use on the website.

Use names on the web as little as possible in the interest of student safety.
