Allana Hemenway joined the Randolph team in 2003 as the associate principal of Randolph High School and Randolph Middle School. Previously the principal designate of Afton Elementary, a Fine Arts Magnet School in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and assistant principal at Lockhart High School in Lockhart, Texas, she is originally from Canada and moved to Texas in 1997.

Mrs. Hemenway received a Bachelor of Arts degree (1987) and a Bachelor of Education degree (1990), both from The University of Alberta, and a Masters in Education (2003) in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Technology from Houston Baptist University.
