A school district must submit a copy of the Annual Financial and Compliance Report with accompanying audit reports (and accompanying management letter, if applicable) to the Division of School Financial Audits of TEA and no later than 150 days after the close of fiscal year 2002 and subsequent fiscal years. This requirement is established by law (Section 44.008, Texas Education Code) and, therefore, cannot be waived by TEA. Attached is RFISD's FY 2009 Annual Financial Report submitted to TEA.
