Subset is a selected grouping of student records within a table

Consecutive Selection - Hold down the shift key and click the first student record needed -- Continue holding shift key and click on last student record needed

Non-Consecutive Selection -- Hold down the Control key and randomly select student records needed

Click on the Show Subset icon (funnel large to small) to narrow your selection to just those highlighted

Click on the Omit Subset (funnel small to large) if you would like to remove the highlighted from your selection
